Welcome To Our Affiliates Program
To start with I should point out that although this page is mostly aimed at people who have websites, it is NOT only aimed at people who already have websites. If you do not have a website but who still want to make money from pornography or want to make money from bondage (or both) There is a page of suggestions on how to use our program to do that on the right hand side.
Whichever camp you fall into the first thing you need to know is that I use a third party to calculate the money you make and sent it to you. From your point of view this is a lot better because that way you can be sure I am not shaving (not lying about the number of sales you make). In fact, since they have many times more clients in your position than in mine, it would be financial suicide for them to start shaving. This means that the first thing you have to do is sign up with them. Don't worry this is free, they make their money from me - as well as giving you a percentage of each sale I also have to give them a percentage of each sale. (And since the author also gets a percentage of each sale, this leaves me with a pathetically small percentage myself. So when you see me sitting in the corner whimpering you'll know why.) Your next question will probably be "Why are so many of the books about bondage?" I'm afraid that this is because bondage is what sells. Generally in pornography a bondage site/magazine/movie will sell a hell of a lot better than it's equivalent in any other genre of porn. In eBooks the difference is even greater. I sell (on average) well over twenty times as many copies of a bondage book as I do a book on any other subject, and my best selling bondage publication has sold about a hundred times as many copies as any non-bondage book sold in the same time period.
Right, now you probably want to know how to go about making money. Well if you already have a website, and already know how to add sponsor's adverts then take a look at the index on the left (if you are new to this and don't already know how to add sponsor's adverts, take a look at the link headed "New Webmasters Start Here" in the index on the RIGHT). On the left you will find a menu of all the books we currently sell, and sales tools to use to sell them. Obviously I can only provide you with sales tools for Eric Shaun Books, not for all the other publishers who sell through A1, you will have to see the other publishers for details of their tools. However, I don't think any of them have a page like this. If you go into the affiliates page on the A1 site you will find a few suggestions on how to sell the books from other publishers, but nothing like this site. But remember, once someone buys a book through one of your links you get that customer for life. And that includes all purchases they make through A1. So use my promotional stuff to sell them their first book, and after that A1 will send them weekly emails listing new releases, and occasionally send them special offers on older titles. So once you have got them to buy that first book from Eric Shaun, A1 will keep pushing all the other publishers books on them, and you still get your 30%.
On each page you will find banners and FPAs And on most pages you will find a copy of the photo/drawing that was used on the cover (and on some, you will also find copies of photos used in the publicity) You can use these photos on your free sites and galleries provided that they are used to publicise the book in question (i.e. the gallery MUST have an ad for the book). You can also add text that advertises the book, and also (obviously) resize the pictures or crop a part of the picture to use to advertises the book. Note that I keep saying "to advertises the book" you CANNOT use them for other things, which includes prohibiting you to use them as thumbnails for blind links to link exchanges (although obviously you can use them as thumbnails linked to galleries that advertise the book).
You will also find copies of the covers, the same rules apply to them.
Just a couple of warnings:
When I create the covers I sometimes manipulate the photo slightly. A good example is on the cover of "A Teenage Girl's First Sex", which is probably the tackiest thing I have ever done on a cover (take a look at the original photo and play "spot the difference" with the photo on the cover to see what I mean). Usually I do the manips as I do the cover, so the only photo I have is the original. Exceptions to this are: "How To Make Any Woman Your Willing Slave" where I have given you both the original and manipulated copies of the second photo; and "Mistress Of Planet Dominatrix", where the photo is so different from the original photos that there is no point in giving you the originals (it is made up of two photos, one showed two women going for a walk in the woods, and the slave comes from a gay porn photoshoot).
Secondly, note that I have changed some of the covers from time to time. Sometimes I have changed the photo with the new cover showing a totally different woman. If you use covers or photos and banners on the same page it would a good idea to use the ones showing the same woman. Also I occasionally use the same woman on more than one book. (For example; the dominatrix on the cover of "Mistress Of Planet Dominatrix" is the same woman as on the cover of "Anybody's Slave", and although I mostly use the same woman as "Annie", on one of the Annie books you will find a headless photo of the woman from the cover of "Lucy's Prison Bondage Hell.)
From the above you can probably guess that although about half the books I sell are true stories (oh yes they are, stop snickering and shaking your head at the back), I do not use photos on the cover that show any actual participants from the story. The true story books start with some variation of "the names of people and places have been changed to protect the innocent", it would be pointless doing this if I then put a genuine photo on the cover that showed the participants. However this does mean that you must NOT claim that the photos are the actual people mentioned in the book.
To the right you will find a link to my newest toy, a blog feed. This is a really good sales aid, because it gives the surfers five short extracts from five different books. The extracts are long enough to get them interested, but too short to do more than that, so when they reach the end of the extract they want more. Each extract ends with a link to the full book, so they will click on this link to get the rest of the story. And the link contains your affiliate ID. The feed adds a new extract every day, so the surfers will keep coming back and keep buying more books from you. At the moment I only have a "true bondage stories" feed, but in the nearish future I'll add other feeds.
My next project is a free TGP site you can use (N.B. when I say "site" I do mean SITE, not a pile of galleries). Again, to start with this will just be a bondage TGP, but with other genres added later. And I have several other promotional things under production, but they will probably not be finished until next year.

1 September: I have just added a free hosted" version of the blog feed. This is like you having your own site, but with me paying the hosting bill!!! So now you have no excuse for not having a blog (you don't even need to own a website). Since a blog is the most effective way of making money, if you are not using the blog, you are throwing away a fortune. If you want to make some serious money, get the blog NOW!
8 March: Sorry, today I discovered that I had made a slight mistake in the code for the blog feed, and for a few days you were not getting any posts. I have now corrected the fault, and the posts are back. However the problem did at least bring to light one important fact. During the time the blog was down sales dropped by over 50%. Or in other words, we make more sales from the blog than from all other sources put together. So if you are promoting our books, and are not using the blog, you are throwing away a fortune. If you want to make some serious money, get the blog feed on your site NOW!
